A former Royal Marines Commando, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge in first aid and outdoor skills to the team. Whether it’s bushcraft, navigation or safety in the field, Scott ensures every participant feels confident and well-supported in the outdoors.

Founder & Lead Practitioner

Victoria founded Base Camp with a deep belief in the transformative power of nature. As our lead practitioner, she brings passion, expertise and heart to every session — from forest school to adult wellbeing programmes

Social Media & Design Specialist

Saskia is the creative force behind Base Camp’s visual identity and online presence. With a keen eye for design and a love of storytelling, she brings our woodland adventures to life across social media and beyond.
